The N.E.W. Fashion and Beauty Fair
held at The Rockwell Tent last month caters different brands as well as
learning institution that connotes beauty and fashion. Yours truly, Aylin of www.thedailyposh.net was there to
explore and see new trends when it comes to fashion – accessories, clothing and
everything in between.
In line with that, a fashion show was
also held at around 5:00 in the afternoon that showcased various designs from several brands
and also shows how creative mind of several students from different learning
school created an artsy and sophisticated pieces wherein they were able to
model it on the runway. Aside from that, it is also for sale, so after the
fashion show, buyers can buy their favourite piece.
Of course, iAcademy students also part
of it. Remember my post about the SM
City Manila Jeanology, wherein iAcademy, Fashion of Design & Technology
students were assigned to decorate the event’s stage (you may click here
to read/see the post) with their DIY jeans with cool designs. In line with that,
as part of the N.E.W. Fashion and Beauty Fair, iAcademy, Fashion of
Design & Technology students made several pieces – accessories &
clothing. And mind you dearies, they’re only 2nd year students. With
their wit and talents, and of course with the help of their instructors, at the
early age of schooling they were able to create these fabulous and elegant gowns
& dresses.
Hmmm… now, I’m torn between Marketing
and Communication or Fashion of Design & Technology courses. Whatever, I
choose, I bet iAcademy has something to offer that is basically fit for
