Howdy Foodies! Happy Monday! Well, I’ll start this awesome week (yes, I’m claiming it!) with sharing with you the latest craze in the Metro – Buffet! Buffet restaurants are popping out like mushrooms in Super Mario (family computer, 90’s baby here). I bet, you are also like me who wants to try everything that world has to offer in terms of food, not unless you want to settle for less (who wants that anyway?). Well, there’s nothing wrong with that, you only live once thus make sure you make the best out of it!

Trying different restaurants is fun. Yes, you got to explore which is good and which is so-so, which is worthy for  your hard earned money and which is such a waste. So, every experience is a great lesson to us – whether good or bad, but I’m sure everything has a purpose and a lesson to be learned.

In line with that, I want to share with you guys, the newly-opened authentic Japanese buffet located at SM Mall of Asia by the Bay – Banzai: The Great Teppanyaki Theater! This restaurant, well, stands out among others because it mainly serves Japanese cuisines. Now, you have the option to have a luxurious Japanese buffet with an elegant setting.

Banzai is a huge buffet restaurant that caters authentic Japanese foods, perfect for you, your loved ones and barkada. They have 2 Japanese in-house chefs and ingredients are imported from Japan, thus the authenticity of the food is 100%. In addition to that, your eat-all-you-can dining experience will be awesome simply because foods like Teppanyaki are cooked upon request. Aside from that, they also replenished the foods from time to time to make sure that you have a “sulit” dining experience.

As I’ve mentioned, the restaurant is quite big for you to memorize where the certain cuisine located. Then, might as well, print this photo below for easy tracking and to know what station to hit first.

Since I’m a tad late and the buffet will be closed at 2:30pm, I just had to went on all station and get all the foods that I want as fast as I can and ate them afterwards. Apologies for my table as it look crowded. Ha-ha. I want to try everything and well I guess I almost had it! LOL

Furthermore, what makes it a theatre? There is a Teppanyaki show wherein you can watch and learn as well straight from the chef how great authentic teppanyaki is made and that’s the best part of it!
