Flavours by Chef Fham

Labor with love and dedication with a great passion on cooking, Chef Fham finally opens her own restaurant to give us a healthy meal with a twist, Flavours by Chef Fham. Chef Fham Sarmiento was former colleague of Chef Erwan Heussaf. I was honored and glad to witness the grand opening of her restaurant located at Tomas Morato where friends and families were also present to see how happy and blessed Chef Fham is, and yet very humble.

During the opening w were also lucky to taste the flavorful and healthy dishes Chef Fham personally prepared for us. Yes, every meal that you are going to order and eat is personally prepared by the chef-owner Ms. Fham. She is very hands-on on everything. Aside from that, all ingredients used were heartily made in the kitchen even the breads. Thus, it only connotes freshness and of course, it is healthy as it did not undergo transit.  

The cocktails were also one of my favorite offerings they have. It is way perfect for barkada night out or even a simple gathering or late night dining with your loved ones. Don’t fret because every meal is a budget-friendly, prices for dishes that are good for sharing ranges from P150-P300. With the many options available in the Metro, I bet Flavours by Chef Fham is worth a try and once you taste it, I know you’ll keep ordering and will have the urge to try almost everything. Ha-ha. I did! And I was a happy and contented customer! I cannot wait for my next visit with my friends and loved ones and give them the new twist of enjoying good food!
