Howdy Guys and Gals! My apologies for the
hiatus, AGAIN!!! I already said that for several times that I would like and love to make
this blog of mine updated on a daily basis but then again, I’ve been busy doing
stuff that would help me live my future life the way I envision it today. In
short, I’ve been busy with work, rendering an overtime, learning the stock
market but since it is all about my future, I decided to subscribe to TrulyRich Club having the vision and motivation that I am going to be rich (read as financially
independent) in no time which I wish that I started long before.
No regret though as I totally enjoyed my life during those years.
I’ve been to Azalea Residences Baguio last 2013 and still the feeling of being at awe when I set foot to the hotel was still the same. Second time visit was like a first time – full of warmth and joy. Well, friendly, approachable and welcoming staffs were always around. They never missed to greet their guests whenever they see them coming. A simple “hi” and “hello” gesture could make a thousand folds on each and every guest that stays there. Absolutely, mine was incredibly wonderful as I encountered such behavior. Hotels and resorts, I am already giving you hint here. Please, make your guest feel welcomed and have them the atmosphere that they are at home.
I, with my fellow blogger roomies stayed
at 2-bedroom suite, it was our home away from home accommodation for 2 nights.
I still saw the comfort and yet sophisticated room that bestowed to every guest.
Each room’s interior design connotes with sophistication and comfort at its finest
giving you the pleasurable stay that one’s long for. If I were to visit again
Baguio City, I am sure that I am gonna stay here again and again.
More so, Azalea Residences Baguio made our stay even happier and worthwhile stay, aside by giving us a comfortable bedrooms, by providing us activities such as Amazing Race where we headed to several tourist spots such as Grotto, Burnham Park, The Mine’s View, Botanical Garden, looking for the pink pony and many more places just to get the clues but with only P500 budget. It was quite tiring but it was all fun. We were the last group to arrive because of traffic and some mishaps but yeah, that’s a healthy competition and everyone was just competing for pleasure. So, the group got a native wallet, a pen and lots of photos and laughter which what matters most.
We also visited Mount Santo Tomas where
the “La Presa” of teleserye “Forevermore” was located and
during that day, the stars were present on the site for taping the last
episodes of their serye. Not lucky
though, because I won’t able to see them because of the terrific crowd will
write a separate post for that, stay tuned!). And after that, headed back to
Azalea Hotel and had a palatable meal for lunch. Due to body ache, muscle pain
and I was not really feeling well that afternoon, I went to North Haven Spa to
have a body massage and boy, it was all great and cheap. Ha-ha. I got the body
scrub with 90 minutes body massage for only P1100. Yeah, that’s not a typo, it
was that cheap because they have an ongoing promo that day, lucky me! So, if
you’re in Baguio, better have a pampering massage before you go back to
Manila. I will also write a separate post about that, so watch out for it!

Welcome to Azalea Residences Baguio
Enough said, let me share with you my loves the vacation I had sometime in the month of May (where Manila was under the scorching heat of summer) in the summer capital of the Philippines, BAGUIO CITY!!! Last visit before that month was at year 2013 so excitement was all over me when I got an invite courtesy of Azalea Residences Baguio. Thank you so much for being such a generous and hospitable host, as always. Well, it was an awesome 3 days and 2 nights getaway loaded with fun challenges and adventures, savoring the flavorful taste of known restaurant’s dishes and of course, the cold weather that beat the hotness of Manila. Gee… how I wish life could be like this day by day but yeah, still thankful of what I have now – work and leisure at the same time.

What makes me more excited? Hmmm… their
buffet breakfast and the traditional hot chocolate offered by their in-house
restaurant, Tradisyon - Pinoy Comfort Food. Having your
breakfast here is always a good start to kick off your day with full of energy
and good vibes. I just hope that they also have bacon every day because during
my stay, no bacon was served on those days. But don’t fret, as there are lots
of sumptuous dishes to choose from which is equally tastes good as bacon but healthier.
