I love green salad and whenever, I opted for a healthy diet, fruits and vegetables are always my go-to food to obtain my desired weight. However, living on a hectic schedule and juggling between work and personal stuff are not an easy task to do. That’s why, eating a healthy meal was not consistent then. So, when I heard about Jar’d In Salad House, I was thrilled to know its offerings and had a chance to try it firsthand, too.
Last May 30, 2019 – on its soft opening, I was lucky to be one of the guests during their bloggers’ day who tasted its healthy fares. It was an afternoon of healthy eating and conversation as well with Jar’d In Salad House owners – Paul Gan, Edmil Chan and Ed Paras. Well, it was great to know that they supporting local farmers as ingredients used were from Baguio. It is organic, by the way so expect that you’ll get the maximum benefits of eating green salad.
